You already have all the tools within you. CBT helps you break free from negative thinking, build resilience and find practical strategies to navigate daily obstacles.

Therapy options

I offer evidence-based psychological therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, and the impact of chronic stress or long-term health conditions.

My main approaches are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and EMDR.

Sessions are available online and for clients across the UK

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a structured, evidence-based therapy that focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and physical sensations.

It can help you to:

  • Understand patterns that keep difficulties going

  • Reduce anxiety, worry, and overthinking

  • Build healthier coping strategies

  • Increase confidence and day-to-day functioning

We work together in a practical and collaborative way, focusing on strategies that are realistic and tailored to your life.

CBT is often helpful for:

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Health anxiety

  • OCD (intrusive thoughts and compulsions)

  • Social anxiety

  • Low mood and depression

  • Stress and burnout

  • Chronic pain and long-term health conditions

EMDR THERAPY

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is a therapy that helps the brain process distressing or unresolved experiences.

It can be helpful if:

  • Past experiences continue to feel “present” or easily triggered

  • You notice strong emotional reactions that feel hard to control

  • You feel stuck despite trying other approaches

EMDR helps reduce the emotional intensity linked to these experiences so they feel more manageable in everyday life.

Where appropriate, EMDR can be used alongside CBT as part of an integrated approach.

Anxiety & Depression

Many clients seek therapy for anxiety, overthinking, low mood, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed. CBT helps identify and change patterns that maintain these difficulties and develop more helpful coping strategies.

Trauma

Trauma can affect how you think, feel, and respond in everyday life. EMDR and CBT can help process these experiences and reduce their ongoing impact.

Chronic pain & long-term conditions

I also support people living with chronic pain, fatigue, and long-term health conditions. Therapy focuses on the interaction between physical symptoms, stress, mood, and behaviour, helping you develop more manageable ways of coping.

Coaching section

Alongside therapy, I offer coaching for leadership, confidence, stress management, and performance-related challenges where appropriate.
